MS Practice Expectations:

*Written Plan for every practice*
*All Coaches ready to go 15 min before*

We workout everyday (Mon-Fri) 

It is ok to even have a couple Saturday Practices.

(Pearson will be different)

Monday: All Start at 6:45 AM

Tuesday: All Start at 6:45 AM

Wednesday: All Start at 6:45 AM

Thursday: (Game Day) Athletic Period workout on game day.

Friday: (Day after game ) All Start at 7:30 AM

*If no games that week start at 6:45 AM

  • Layer 1 Pass & Cut
  • Layer 2 Post Pass & Cut (North/South) -- Laker Cuts 
  • Layer 3 Dribble-At
  • Layer 4 Circle Movement (Dribble Drive -- North/South Dribble Penetration) 
  • Layer 5 Basic Post Slides (on Dribble Penetration)
  • Layer 6 Baseline Dribble Penetration
